The lodge's setting by the river made for stunning views from the balcony. the tents were modern and luxurious, equipped with a fridge, comfortable beds, and a great shower and bath. the staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful, and the meals were good. the guides were knowledgeable and informative.
One reviewer noted that being the only guests made them feel uncomfortable with staff hovering around.

Spending Easter at the hotel was fantastic! We enjoyed watching the wild animals passing by from the balcony, and the food was delicious. The staff was always helpful and accommodating to any request we had. The best part was the daily game and boat drive which provided a great experience. we appreciated having a fridge in the room.
The hotel felt empty during our stay, and we were the only guests. We enjoyed the quietness, but some people might not.
